Reserving a Date: Our intentions are to provide you, the customer, with the best accommodations possible. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Fox4 Video reserves the right to accept or decline business according to the companies personal tastes and preferences.

Payments / Deposits:  We really like to have at least a $100 deposit at the time of the contract signing.  The deposit reserves the days and hours stipulated above. If the wedding date is changed after the contract has been signed, the deposit may be forwarded towards reserving the new date providing Fox4 Video has not declined another persons business due to the date being reserved.

Contract Cancellation: The customer has thirty (30) days to cancel or alter the contract after signing. If the contract is cancelled with-in thirty (30) days, the customer will receive a full refund of all deposits and payments made. After the thirty (30) day grace period, this contract and any mutually agreed upon alterations become a legally binding agreement and all intentions thereof will remain in effect.

Liability: Fox4 Video will perform their task to the best of their ability, but accepts no responsibility for unseen circumstances included, but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, illness, inability to attend and perform services and/or any other circumstances where the result of the video product is less than ideal. Fox4 Video's sole liability in any cases shall be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total of monies paid by the customer. In other words, if a video session either fails to be recorded or is unable to be performed, the customer will receive a total refund of everything the customer paid to Fox4 Video.

Permission to Video: It is the customer's duty to get permission (preferably written) from the minister or other official to allow video equipment to be used during the ceremony and/or function. Permission should be received before signing this contract so there will not be any misunderstandings.

Permission to use likeness: Unless otherwise stated, the customer agrees to allow Fox4 Video to use photographs, video clips, photos taken from video footage, and other likenesses from the customers video session(s) to be used as samples for advertising and viewing by potential customers. Fox4 Video promises to only use samples that are the most flattering to the customer or object.

It normally takes 14 business days after completion of filming to obtain a finished product.  The editing process is timely.   Patience is a virtue.

Fox4 Video is not responsible for lost/damaged photographs, VHS tapes, DVDs.
 

Fox4 Video ships using the United States Postal Service.   It is the customers responsibilty to purchase faster shipping and insurance.

With prior agreement, limited financing is available.  The customer must pay at least 1/4 of the total bill before taping begins.  Payment in full must be received before the client receives the final product.  A finance charge of $7.50 per $100 financed per month.  Any amount over $100 will be rounded to the next hundred.  (example:  $101.00 financed will be rounded to $200.00, thus $15.00 will be charged per month.)   Payments must be post marked by the 5th of each month to avoid a $25 dollar late fee.)  This is a legally binding contract.  Please read carefully before signing this agreement.)
